How  your family will be fortunate in COVID -19 ? Talk to your children - Very Important to explain your children why we are seating at home or forced to stay indoors.Once they understand the reason you will be happy and surprised. Set up a routine - Routine not only for kids also for parents like exercise,diets or healthy meals kids needs to know this is not the vacation that they should have fixed mealtimes and bedtimes.Some schools started online sessions which can cover large part of the day so that set up the time with theses activities            Use nap times - Younger children tough to engaged but small kids are easy so involve them into our daily household works as maid staff is not coming.Parents should give maximum attention to their children during nap times. Lock down days are increasing in India  as per the gov. instructions.Working from home is the only option for us. Covid-19 some important precautions I will suggest you as per government instructions it has started from surface of the objects like -metal , Plastic any surface which we touch hence,for this to avoid wash hands 15-20 times every day. Tips-  1.Better to stay at home save lives because it starts from us,virus does not spread at his own we are the reason who never stay at home. 2.Wash hands 15-20 times per day  for 20 sec. 3.Wash your cloths after coming from outside and take a bath. 4.Do not touch your face again and again. 5.Eat healthy food as Vegetables can also contain virus that we dont know from which surface it will come to us. Wash veges in baking soda or 3 times in running water. 6.Use milk powder for tea and Coffee. All the best
